This was our third trip back to Ledges State Park in Iowa.  The park is located just a few miles south of Boone, Iowa and is a good place to go if you enjoy hiking and exploring.  Being located less than a hour from Des Moines, Iowa, the park gets used quite a bit.  I recommend reserving a site if you plan on visiting the park, especially if you desire an electrical site.
