This was our first trip to Temperance River State Park in Minnesota.  It is a nice park that is situation right on the shore of Lake Superior.  While a good number of campsites have some view of the lake, all are just a short walk away.  This park also has some really nice hiking trails as well.  The campground above is the modern campground with most sites having electricity, and the modern restroom facilities are located here as well.

The lower campground does not have any sites that are electrical, and the restrooms are of the primitive type.  There are several sites that do have a direct view to the lake, and this campground has the hike in campsites as well.  I would like to point out that the photos were taken on two separate days, but they were from the same camping trip.
