Weston Bend State Park is located northwest of Kansas City, Missouri, along the shores of the Missouri River.  While the park itself is heavily wooded, there are some nice hiking trails, historical information, and it is located across the river from the City of Leavenworth, Kansas.  I do apologize that the photos are not of the best quality, but my camera started to fail on this trip, and I was happy just to get these photos.  I will update the photos when we visit the park again.
