This was our first trip to Backbone State Park.  We stayed in the modern campground and found it to be a very nice place to camp.  The campground also has cabins for rent and a large lake just east of the campground.  I thought I took pictures of that area, but I cannot seem to find them.

This was our second trip back to the park the following week.  The modern campground had been closed the following week, so we stayed in the primitive campground for this weekend.  It was a little smaller, but had some really nice hiking trails right behind our campsite.
