For Labor Day weekend this year, we decided to stay home instead of heading out to camp.  Even though we did not camp, it did not stop us from taking a day trip to the Mississippi River.  We started in Bellevue, Iowa, a place I traveled through countless times as a child with my family, and where we would stop from time to time to watch the river boats going through the lock.  This year, we were fortunate enough to catch a boat going through.
