We traveled back to Merrick State Park in Wisconsin toward the end of June.  While we did not do as much exploring this trip, we did walk out over the bridge that connects Winona, Minnesota, to Wisconsin over the Mississippi River.  It was a nice little walk that gave us a good view of the river, and a little bit of an overlook of Winona.
