We made it out to Pilot Knob State Park in Iowa for our first outing in April. The weather was really nice and I was able to get some nice photos from the top of the tower.

The skies were clear enough to get some really good pictures, but it is still a little strange to be camping with no leaves on the trees or green grass to walk on. |
