These are some panoramic photos I have been working with.  Wyalusing State Park in Wisconsin is a great place to take pictures like this.  Of course, I do not believe any photos can actually do the real view credit.  If you get a chance to visit this park, I highly recommend it.

This was the final camping trip of the year.  The weather cooperated enough to let us have it, at least until the last day.  It had only been about two weeks since we had been here, but fall was indeed nearly complete, as most of the leaves were off of the trees.  It is sort of nice, because you get views that you do not normally have in the summer.

One thing I wanted to point out, the picture in the second to last row above was taken on the ridge overlooking town.  The last two were taken looking back at the same ridge about two to three miles away.  It is kind of a neat perspective.

This is, again, one of those sites that we pass all of the time, but never stop to take a look.  Wyalusing State Park is home to a nice observatory.  There is one telescope that is housed in a dome, which rotates and gives the observer cover while looking at the sky, and another housed in a building that slides back to reveal the telescope.  They also have individual pads with electrical outlets for people who bring their own equipment.  I would recommend stopping by if you are in the area when they are putting on a show.

First Snow of the Year

Well, we always said we wanted to go camping in the snow.  I just figured it would be January or February.  You can see by the photos that we did get a bit more than just a dusting.
